Key Responsibilities 1. Daily FC Operations Management Oversee end-to-end BAU fulfillment activities executed by Delhivery’s on-ground team. Monitor picking, packing, put-away, BQC, dispatch, and returns processing. Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for order fulfillment, same-day dispatch, and cut-off timelines.
