Warehouse – Manager

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the distribution center to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and meet performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of warehouse and logistics professionals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.

Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with inventory planning teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Develop and enforce procedures for accurate and efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of products.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality standards for all processes within the distribution center.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Technology Integration:

• Evaluate and implement technological solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to remain competitive.
• Qualifications:
• • Bachelor’s degree /BE/Btech/Master Degree/Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management
  • Proven experience (6-8 years) in distribution center or warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for warehouse management.
